Identify and provide solutions to financial requirements for various units/ companies in the group. •Tracking Markets and employing active risk management strategies, on currency exposure of the Group within defined polices and parameters. Proactively develop and manage the risk management policies and procedures.•Compliance monitoring under FEMA for FDI and ECBs, Trade Finance Regulations related to Imports and Exports, drafting and implementation of Risk Management policies under RBI frameworks.•Oversee operations related to opening of Inland and Foreign LC/BG and management of export related compliance•Monitor corporate governance with respect to documentation and policies (both internal and external).
