Responsible for raising concessions and Deviation Permits for rotative components of Rolls Royce Engine parts in SAP and getting that approved. Continuous improvement analysis in time reduction and RFT of concessions.Analyzing process capabilities (Cp/CpK) using Minitab and reporting data to demonstrate and improve the current and future capability of manufacturing processes.Created and managed several Dashboards for Rolls-Royce using Power Bi which will generate prebuild business and technical attractive reports.

- Responsible for New Product Development of Composites Aero structure, built to printincluding local manufacturing adaptation for global clients (AIRBUS, CASA (C-295),SPIRIT, GKN A350, and CTRM A320- Actively involved in various Audits like NADCAP, Customer oriented audits, AS 9100, Special process surveillance audits from technical ME side and make sure no major NC is there.- Maintaining RFT in all the Technical process documents which may affect the fit, form and function of the part and also ensuring the smooth flow of customer drawings / design changes through CIB by tracking the adequate action completion.- Drive Continuous Improvement initiatives with significant focus on raw material & consumables cost reduction, design improvements in respective programs from idea generation to analysis, implementation, cost estimates and coordination with Finance for changes in SAP resulted in recurring annual savings.

- Worked in ISGEC heavy Engg. Ltd. particularly in the heat exchanger department.- The project aimed at implementation of 5S techniques such that lean manufacturing can be done.- With application of various LEAN manufacturing tools, successfully aimed in reducing the cost and improving the productivity.- Training to production personnel & all concerned on critical process parameters and how to apply 5S techniques on shop floor.

- Worked at the production department of Labotron Company which manufactures various types of microscope - Basic knowledge about how to read drawings, CNC machine components and suppliers was attained.- Cycle time optimization for CNC machining and loading and unloading of the workpiece.

- Performed work of quality check, die making and daily production reporting in organization.- Created SOP’s and Forms to carry out the sample quality check up in the firm for bolts made.- Gained information about various instruments like: files, handsaw, sea clamp, Vernier caliper, screw gauge etc. and learned operation for various machines like Lathe machine, Drilling machine, Surface grinding machine.
