• Code invoices and input into Accounts Payable ledger. Process invoices after matching with purchase order.
• Process payments for supplier invoices, employee reimbursement claims and clear petty cash’s reimbursement in Accounts Payable ledger.
• Receipt invoices in system matching the purchase order’s Good Receipts and follow up with workshop and office teams to complete the purchase order process
• Liaise with workshop and head office staff regarding expense reimbursements, payments and purchase orders
• Liaise with suppliers regarding invoices and payments, request supplier statements of account for monthly reconciliation and respond to supplier queries.
• Issue invoices for charter orders. Respond to customer queries regarding invoices.
