I attained a promotion through internal company selection process. As part of my new role, I took the reins and successfully launched a program within a remarkably swift two-month timeframe. Throughout this endeavor, I orchestrated the entire product development lifecycle, from rigorous testing to the seamless delivery of the end product to our valued users. Collaborating closely with the Product Manager, Development Team, and Content Team, I forged productive alliances that facilitated the efficient delivery of our products.In addition to these achievements, I played a pivotal role as the Lead of a translation and localization project in collaboration with Qomix (E-Comic) Apps in India, showcasing my expertise in cross-cultural engagement and expansion. These experiences have not only contributed to my professional growth but have also underlined my ability to drive success and foster innovation within the company.

In just three months, I achieved a rapid promotion to the role of Supervisor, signifying a remarkable trajectory of professional growth. This role involved orchestrating a diverse team comprising members from India, Tibet, and Indonesia, totaling ten individuals. My focus extended beyond leadership to cultivate a dynamic, multicultural work environment that thrived on collaboration and inclusivity. With meticulous attention to detail, I efficiently oversaw the production of quality reports for over 100 daily classes, ensuring consistent adherence to high standards. Moreover, I played a pivotal role in shaping the educational landscape by supporting the Head of the Content & Curriculum Department, actively contributing to the development of innovative learning materials that drove positive change and innovation within the organization.
