Organ Donor Monitoring System for transplantology centre. Creating a multi-user client/server web application for storing and processing data about organ donors. It should solve the problem our customer had: lack of control and visibility in their work. We had started this project from scratch and passed through all the project/development phases. Joined the team right after discovery phase. Client was desperate to get working prototype as soon as possible to start UAT.Main Achievements:• Responsible for staffing of delivery team – built and maintained efficient and high performing remote team including engineers from different locations.• Actively participated in creating product roadmap together with PO.• Carefully tracked and monitored project status to ensure all milestones are met on-time. • Maintained good relationship and nice reputation with client.Outcome/Results: • Setup delivery team in Minsk (30+ engineers). • Successfully delivered 5 releases for UAT. • Successfully delivered production release.• Conducted several How-to meetings for customer. • Achieved main goal by simplifying customer’s business processes with new product.

Burberry Replatforming, ecommerce [2018/2019]. Our customer has the need to restructure it’s own business and therefore to rebuilt all their online services across the world. I was involved into one stream inside this huge project – it related to restructuring and redeveloping the entire infrastructure of search. I was acting both as PM and DM here and our team was consisting of 12 people max across different locations: Belarus, Ukraine and UK. My responsibilities were as follows: organise and constantly adjust the dev process, communicate with customer and make project decisions together, working on project plan and inventing scrum practises into day to day activities, monitoring risks and logging project problems, etc.Main Achievements:• Setup project team, managed KT• Invented Scrum practices into team daily activities• Successfully delivered MVP release on time

- LE Business Development for Lodging Econometrics [2017/2018]. We were developing web/mobile apps for real estate to help our customer remain the best at their market. It was a great development team (10+ members) to work with and I was working as Project Manager here. My responsibilities were as follows: building development strategy, creating project plans, business analysis, managing team, estimating time, invoicing, hiring new developers, close communication with customer and client, reporting, delivering, etc. - No Halftime and Squad [2017/2018]. It was a great experience to enter new market - fantasy sports games. We have created two sets of web/mobile apps to help a great number of fantasy sports players from all over the world in their gaming experience. It was a challenge to work with combined development team: remote and on sight - but it was also a great experience to manage the team of high skilled professionals form Belarus, Ukraine and Lithuania. I was involved as Project Manager and my responsibilities were as follows: managing team [10+ members], planning and estimation, reporting and delivering, communication with customer on daily basis, etc.- YouORDR for IT All ApS [2017/2018]. I have participated in ambitious project intended to combine user experience in booking food and ordering hotel services into one place. It is a set of Android/iOS apps and the development team was located in Belarus, India and Ukraine. I have started working on this project when it was almost failed and managed to organize the work so it was finally successfully delivered to customer. It was a great experience here to work with skilled professionals- KOSHT for Kosht Promo [2018]. Our customer has decided the market needs the tool to aggregate all retail promotions existing in Belarus in one place. I was involved into the project since first pre sale agreements were signed with client and then worked as BA in the beginning of the project - and as PM right after that.

- Focus On Lymphoma for Lymphoma Research Foundation [2015] as QA Engineer. It was not very complicated or challenging app from the technical point of view. But creating it for Android/iOS platforms was really exciting. We have developed a great tool for people struggling with lymphoma and I hope my work as QA engineer here helped a lot of people to get recover after their disease.- Adorama Photo Book Designer for AdorPix LLC [2015/2017] as QA/Team lead. Our team (5+ members) has managed to create the most innovative app at the US photo printing market for our client. We have started from scratch and successfully delivered the great iOS app within the short time. I was involved as Team lead/QA lead here and have also done a great part of business analysis at the project.
