I am an operation executive for world's fastest growing hospitality industry which is a brand famous in short OYO.Roles and responsibilities : ◆To onboard or complete the new property's ownership with Oyo to our online partners.◆To provide needful action for performance and revenue increase.◆Price and inventory management of partner for smooth operation.◆To handle escalations associated with operation,partner and to provide needful resolution for smooth relationship.◆Expertise in handling queries related to operation and churn management.Cataloguing:- Accurately catalog and update product listings on the OTA.- Ensure all product information is complete, accurate, and follows established guidelines.Content Management:- Create and update content for product listings, ensuring high standards of quality and relevance.- Assist in the development and maintenance of content templates and guidelines.Quality Assurance:- Conduct regular audits of product listings to ensure consistency and accuracy.- Identify and correct any errors or discrepancies in the catalogued information.Support Experiments:- Assist in the execution of experiments aimed at improving conversion rates and user experience.- Collect and analyze data from these experiments to provide insights and recommendations.Collaboration:- Work closely with the leaderships and other team members to support cataloguing initiatives and projects.- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Marketing, IT) to ensure seamless integration of cataloguing effort.
