For a leading healthcare (Payer) organization managed the program (using Agile methodology and JIRA) to implement an enterprise SaaS based Content & Preference management system for Members and integrate it, using Apigee and iPass, with Member portal (web and mobile), Member app (Android and iOS), Salesforce, Sitecore and legacy systems; required coordination with business stakeholders, legal, HIPAA privacy, information security and enterprise analytics. Also managed the enterprise data governance and data quality effort needed (spanning business and IT stakeholders and IT applications such as QNXT and Salesforce) to enable the strategic enterprise initiative to drive enrollment growth through increased Member re-determination.

Extending media analytics capabilities into unstructured text, audio and video using AI based tools and expand the scope of analysis to deep and dark web using OSINT.

Client engagement responsibility for US Healthcare (Payers, Providers and PBMs) - to support them on their data engineering and data science initiatives by bringing to bear the knowledge and competencies in the Data & Analytics practice of Infosys. Delivered over $40M worth of solutions in FY 2018-19 to over 15 Healthcare clients - including projects in Big Data, Data Science, BI and legacy platforms. Exceeded all sales and operational goals.

Practice Lead – Healthcare Data Analytics (2013-2017)Lead a internal start-up, in a Product Manager role, to build, market and deliver a healthcare data analytics offering that combined the big data plus small data approach to address performance and profitability challenges faced by healthcare payers and providers under Obamacare ACA (individual and small group through health exchanges). It required hands on management of multiple SCRUM teams experimenting with, building and maintaining several data analysis tools on diverse platforms, extensive data cleansing and re-coding, enabling different data visualization mechanisms, infrastructure planning (for each assignment) and iterative execution of hypothesis-analysis cycles with multiple clients in the US and third-party consulting partners (including Actuaries).Delivery Assurance Lead (2016-2016)• To improve service levels and meet transparency expectations for a key healthcare client, drove a change management effort – 22 tracks in all – to revamp software development/maintenance process - by incorporating elements of Agile methodology in traditional Waterfall based SLDC - and improving the metrics collections, tracking and controls. Delivered, over a 9-12 month period, significant quantifiable improvement exceeding and/or meeting the set targets in all tracks.Program Manager (2013-2013)• Managed the program to customize and implement Wynsure (a policy administration and claims platform) for LifeMap (provides short term medical, dental and critical illnessinsurance) coordinating the efforts of contractors, product vendor, internal teams and business stakeholders.Account Manager (2011 - 2013)• Program management, including client relationship and delivery oversight, under a managed services application support framework with a multi-location team of ~300 FTE for upkeep and upgrade of core claims processing, membership and pricing systems for a large healthcare organization.

Service creation, leadership and program management for multiple ongoing programs in the area of application support and management with intent to mature them to a SLA driven managed services model. Involved in the review of about 10 service agreements to reorient the contract to a managed services model.

Coordinate solutioning, budgeting and proposal making for large multi-location, multi-vendor and multi-tower programs for large ($20M plus) system integration and/or application support initiatives, in healthcare and retail sectors, leveraging a disciplined coordination process to ensure budgetary discipline and ability to deliver to contract terms. Managed over 20 deals with the largest deal slightly over $1B.
