Planning, organizing, and coordinating entire program development from concept to prototype and then to Mass production with ensuring timely project completion,Budgeting & costing for new business & project execution within approved CAPEX.Responsible for Compressor & Heat ex-changer (Condenser & Radiator) projects in Subros for Maruti Suzuki India ltd, Suzuki motor corporation and Toyota projects. RFQ management & tech review proposal submission to customer for new business.Spec meetings with Customer and suppliers for development of Tools for new models.New model project handling for meet up all trials on time & responsible for P.P., M.P.P, Pilot trial and P.P.V. trials during development stage.Feasibility study for ECN/PCN implementation during development stage & mass productionResponsible for conducting onsite Process control plan audits, to make sure all the controls needed to produce defect-free products are in place & followed rigorously as written in the control plan.Coordinating with cross functional team during project development stagePrepare APQP, PPAP (Process Flow Diagram, PCS, Control plan & other documents) during different stages of development.Leader of VA/VE workshops to generate waste elimination ideas / savings.Managing team of 5 members, they are responsible for quality inspection, Kaizen implementation & testing validation of products during development trials.

Interfacing with customer for approval of parts. To decide & finalization of process flow, Conceptual design, Planning & specs of dies, jigs, fixtures & any specific quality requirement. Feasibility study of new drawings, requirements & evaluation of new product & Spec. meeting with customer for any specific requirement. Review all tool & checking Fixture Designs & finalized. Interfacing with vendors for negotiation, finalization & development of dies, jig, fixtures, tooling.  Conducting the dynamic tool trial activity & Tool Buy-Off activity at vendor end. Conducting the Line Trial activity (DP,PP,MPP,MPP-2,PILOT, SOP) with customer. DFMEA, Design Review, Digital Mock up review.  knowledge of GD&T, CMM & Welding fixtures. Responsible for rising ECN against any change required from customer & update all documents. Reviewing customer complaints throughout the development responsive interaction leading to customer satisfaction.Weld shop:- Sound knowledge to study engineering drawings of welded assemblies & welding symbols. Spot / Mig / welding. Ready to perform to Achieve department Safety, Productivity, Quality, Cost, Delivery targets  Process engineering in weld shop, layout inspection, control the parameter. Vendor development:- Should have handled purchase of fabricated items, presswork, machining, forging, casting, Sheet metal & various types of bought outs, electrical items, etc.  Activities include releasing the schedule to the vendors, procurement of parts, components as per schedule.  Maintaining pending order status of components . Conducting the dynamic tool trial activity & Tool Buy-Off activity at vendor end.
