“Do your duty, but do not concern yourself with the results.”– Bhagavad Gita, Chapter 2, Verse 37This timeless wisdom has been my guiding principle, shaping both my personal and professional journey. It inspires me to focus wholeheartedly on my efforts, doing my best without being preoccupied with the outcomes. This mindset has not only brought clarity but has also driven sustained success throughout my career. When I joined Equiniti nearly 18 years ago, it was a humble setup with fewer than 50 staff. However, the intriguing and meaningful work they were doing drew me in. Since then, I’ve had the privilege of leading numerous projects across the organization. Every assignment, whether big or small, was approached with unwavering focus and commitment. Challenges were plenty, but by staying resilient and keeping my teams motivated, we achieved remarkable milestones.Today, the India Delivery Centre has grown to a thriving team of nearly 2,500 professionals, a testament to the collaborative efforts and steadfast application of this principle.Among the highlights of my career are several turnkey projects delivered for esteemed clients like Belfast International Airport, Land & Property Services, Citi LVS, etc. I’ve also led critical initiatives to insource services previously handled by third-party providers in the UK and US. These transitions brought about significant benefits, including enhanced control, improved visibility of resources, and substantial cost optimizations.Beyond work, I’m a self-proclaimed tech enthusiast. I enjoy experimenting with new technologies, satisfying my curiosity about emerging trends. When I’m not exploring the digital realm, you’ll find me immersed in nature, capturing the beauty of the world through birdwatching and photography—a hobby that keeps me grounded and refreshed.Looking back, my career journey is proof that when we focus on the process and give our best, the results often exceed our expectations.
