 Receiving and analyzing the drawings of the components to be develop in supplier end – Casting & Machining Parts Clarifying the functions and requirements of the component with Customers. Deciding the Significant characters with Customer and CFT members. Assisting with engineering team to prepare PPAP during new projects. Experience in updating of WI, CP, PS and PFMEA. Preparing SPC, Process Flow, Control plan, Workstation instructions.  By doing Vendor up gradation exercise and improving their quality and delivery performance.  Doing vendor System audit , Special process audit & Product audit Assisting sub-vendors to achieve 100 PPM. Preparing and reviewing Supplier G8D. Follow-Up immediate containment action to ensure continuous run of production in case of supplier quality issues on parts. Reviewing supplier PPAP before sign off- Casting & Machining Pats Receiving Annual Layout inspection report, material test reports from suppliers as per the schedule.  Preparing supplier quality rating & Supplier Performance report and getting action plan from peak rejection contributing supplier. Supplier Rejection Analysis and PPM Monitoring SQA manual implementation in supplier end Retro PPAP doing in supplier end TQM tools implementation in supplier end & follow up DWM updation

Responsibility: Advance Quality Engineering, Quality assuranceRoles: PPAP, Preparing Control plan, PFMEA, Process flow and Process sheet. Design of experiment done for fasteners welding and sheet metal spot welding to establish the process, qualifying the same, selection of electrode Analysis of destructive and nondestructive tests. Poke yoke studies done for similar profile of parts with different material, similar parts for different variants. Review and diagnose the HLSA fixture design issues based on “generic locater concept Analyzing of SCREW BODY fitment build, understanding the quality related problems & solving fitment related issue through AIMS Maintaining the welding quality of the chassis part by means of measuring (Destructive type) the penetration in micro section view and bend test.  Correcting the jigs and fixture based on CMM report to maintain the tolerance and SC/CC point of the assembly based on drawing. Monitoring the SC/CC characteristics through SPC and Control chart. Solving customer complains through G8D, internal rejection and rework analysis, updating PFMEA and CP, DOE, Layout inspection, study of feasibility of POKE YOKE.
