    Ramarc Solutions, in our 4th year of the contract for The Office of Naval Research (ONR) provides maintenance support services for its Audio Visual (AV), Video Teleconference (VTC), and related equipment that is located in their BJECC (Management Information Center (MIC)) Conferencing facility and adjoining rooms that include a rear projection booth, Forward Area, Rear Partitioned Area, servers, desktops and 1,600 square feet of adjacent lounge and reception area. Ramarc Solutions is responsible for maintaining the AMX, Creston, Extron, Avocent, Samsung, Sony, Cisco and NEC equipment in operational readiness while providing periodic preventative maintenance, on-call 24x7 emergency maintenance, technical analysis, problem determination, and resolution.We maintain the MIC control code software for the operations of the MIC and when required perform necessary code modifications. Preventative maintenance provides unlimited emergency maintenance and hardware replacement call requests in accordance with the terms of RAMARC’s Premium Care Maintenance Plan and Service Level Agreement (SLA).

    The Army National Guard of Farmington, New Mexico requested contractor support the modernization of audio visual and teleconferencing equipment in Conference Rooms used to train personnel at the Farmington National Guard Armory. Installation included a variety of display devices, projectors, monitors, laptops and desktops, speakers, switches, smartboards, etc. that allows users to present material, video and data maintaining standards that had been established at other armories within the state.We procured Audio Visual (AV) and Video Teleconferencing (VTC) equipment along with cabling and connections for six (6) classrooms that were upgraded and installed. Two conference rooms were set up with full multimedia features for training, flight monitoring and meetings. Classrooms were setup to have inputs for two computers, laptop and desktop, and one or more video sources.Ramarc Solutions’ Team uncrated, inventoried, installed, labeled, tested, and certified the proper operation of all equipment and software on location for each installation. Final testing and adjustments to the completed VTC system were performed upon completion. Basic orientation training on the completed system was provided to selected participants. A final Acceptance Test Plan was provided, validating that all tasks (described in the Statement of Work) were performed to the satisfaction of the Client representative.
