It is a privilege to be the founding partner of ‘The Alternative Board® (TAB)’, USA in India and launch a globally successful offering for progressive Owner Managed Businesses in India. After a corporate career of 25+ years, spanning multiple domains and leading business initiatives in India, USA and UK, I began my sojourn as an entrepreneur. Over 10+ years, Aspire Infinite has been working with the SME (or as I like to call it, OMB – Owner Managed Business) segment, leveraging their inherent potential and value. My personal passion has been to enable OMBs grow sustainably – by maximizing their ROI and aligning their business with their personal vision of success.We have been making this transition possible by working as their Growth Partner in a win-win, hands-on implementation model. TAB is a logical extension of our focus on Business Owners. Globally, TAB has enabled growth for thousands of business owners for over 25 years and in 18 countries - leveraging business advisory boards, private business coaching and proprietary strategic services. This is an invitation-only membership model which supports Owners across different industries, segments and sizes to be more accountable to their goals and actioning their plans.Personally, I have hands-on expertise in strategy, operations planning, project management and change management. I have built, managed and led businesses, spanning Manufacturing, Consulting and Information technology across India, Europe and America. Strong values and common sense have been the founding blocks of my career. My thinking has been largely implemented using the principles of TOC (Theory of Constraints) in the various workshops, processes and software IP that has been valued by our many clients and partners. My focus is to drive TAB India and Aspire towards their larger role in India’s OMB space and more importantly, the strong social impact that can be brought about as a result of this journey.
