Responsible for:>Generating revenue from services (> 10% of bottom line or 10 Crores in revenue)>Providing end-to-end product support from enquiry stage to post-sales –finalizing the specifications, providing backend technical support to KAMs including costing and price estimation, organizing kick-off meetings, getting customer approval for drawings, full functional testing and final certification of finished equipment, organizing customer inspection and obtaining technical clearance for dispatch, Installation and Commissioning of equipment, customer training and attending service calls. >Developing PLC and HMI software for all products. >Ideating and Implementing product digitalization solutions - IIoT and Industry 4.0 features, to enhance the product to stay ahead of competition - and customer processes digitalization.> Responsible for organizing Technology Conclaves wherein latest product features and engineering implementation are showcased by engineers across company.

Responsible for achieving sales target for L&T Kobelco Machinery Private Limited, a JV between L&T and Kobelco.Roles include: - Preparing sales budget for mixer products and achieving sales targets. - Studying and pursuing new markets and business opportunities. - Achieving collections target. - Preparing and publishing promotional articles and presentations. - Preparing and presenting reports - weekly, monthly, quarterly and board reports. - Formulating strategies and business plans for alternate revenue streams.

Roles include: - Preparing techno-commercial proposals against customer enquiries. - Co-ordinating between customer and plant to ensure smooth project execution and on-time delivery. - Preparing and maintaining complete project documentation. Includes Offer preparation, SO processing, preparing Pre-order and Post-order reviews and GANTT charts, preparing costing sheet, Change order processing and final invoicing.

Roles include:- Attending customer calls and providing technical solutions for customer queries. - Responsible for achieving spares target for plants in Western region. - Special Responsibility: Study and improve the performance of Hydraulic tyre curing press.

Roles include: - Timely resolution of customer complaints.- Maintaining and tracking Customer Complaints and presenting product performance reports to management. - KAM for MRF tyres and GY tyres, supporting sales.
