Ramayan is an analytic thinker with innovative mindset currently working as a Gandhi Fellow for implementation of the Aspirational District Programme in Palamu District of jharkhand, Born and brought up in Bihta ,Patna, Bihar. I have Good academic record and interest for the work of the underprivileged community and governance led him to pursue his Master degree in Rural Management & Development from Patna University. With a core interest area in development, governance and technology, Ramayan worked with District administration Palamu as a Aspirational District Programme’s fellow to improve district’s condition by implementing Transformation of Aspirational District Programme, central & state government policies and programmes at district led initiative. I have been involved in various projects ranging from Education ,Health and Agriculture, and livelihood. I Worked with district stakeholders to create a sustainable solution to the problem in community by designing district based initiative utilizing available local resources. Despite the challenges he faced along the way, I remains committed to my mission for creating equitable society through policy & Goverenance.
