Zen is the largest recommendation content platform in Russia, which allows bloggers to post long reads, short text posts, short videos (as TikTok) and long videos (as YouTube). From major media companies to individual contributors — everyone can reach their audience. I was responsible for the format of short videos and now I develop camera and editor used for creation of short videos.As a designer of Short videos i was fully responsible for all the users scenarios, interactions and possible concepts of developing short videos.Main points:— time spent raising on 30% during the 3rd quarter of 2022— the average number of videos raised from 11 to 70As a designer of Сamera and editor I design scenarios of creating content and improve problems which are usually found during the UX testing.Also, I improved the flow of delivering design to the developers team, reorganised the system of files in Figma to make easier the connection among design, development and testing.

AIC is a leading design agency in Russia, specializing in digital design and user experience. In 2022 AIC became the best digital agency among Russian agencies. Every year AIC receives awards for the best digital services and design in Russian local ratings. As an agency designer I worked with different type of projects, including e-commerce, fintech, loyalty program; I led projects from the research stage to delivery. Featured projects:— Paritetbank: bank for business in Belarus. Working with the team (product manager, customer and art-director) I redesigned, tested and prepared for development the iOS app and the web version of the bank. The iOS app was successfully launched in 2020.

Featured projects:— Magnet: one of the biggest Russian retailers. I took part in the design of a bunch of products for Magnet: the main website, the loyalty program application, Mobiscan app (the application for buying products using scanner in the shop). The main website and Mobiscan app was successfully launched.— MTS Shop: the telecom marketplace in Russia. Took part in redesign of key scenarios of the web and mobile websites. Work on this project included the research, A/B testing, help with the design system to the in-house MTS team. The marketplace was successfully launched.Main points:— homepage conversion + 1.9%— homepage conversion, mobile + 15%— total conversion + 1.8%— conversion of adding to cart from listing + 14%
