His skillset and diversity in different sophisticated Forensic Software is heavily applied working as a Data technician and Project Manager for HiKINEXWORKFORCE.His skillset was forged in a highly controlled environment when he worked as a Forensic Administrator / Advisory Services in FRONTEO which is one of the largest eDiscovery company that is publicly traded. He directly reports to the VP and Manager of forensic department and works closely with Certified Forensic Examiners where he acquired his years of experience in Encase Extraction, filtering and Reporting, Email Collection, e-mail analysis, mail-store repair, Data Staging, DOS Batch Scripts. These are all acquired and adhered to through a forensically defensible process.He also worked and coordinated projects between Forensic Department and Project Managers to make sure the statement of work is complete or doable in forensically defensible process and approved by client before executing the assigned forensic tasks. His client interaction and handling of remote email collection of custodians is superb since he can explain technical jargons into non-technical terms to clients. Prior to his entry into the eDiscovery industry he worked for an Australian telco (TPG) from the position of Help Desk Tier 1 to Complaint and Escalation team and worked his way up to be on of the Senior member of the Network Operations Core team that closely monitors and coordinates the status and congestion of copper and Fiber network to Telstra field technician.
