Run currently administration and finance areas of the group. • prepared the financial infrastructure of the company to meet the financial standards of a listed company according IFRS • led the financial management of the company and the IPO process (due diligence, audit, business plan, presentations to investors, negotiation with external advisors) • established and managed budgeting, reporting and rolling forecast processes. • defined and implemented financial processes, tools and controls to guarantee the accuracy of the accounting and other financial information • defined the tax policy of the company, including transfer prices • lead a team of international financial controllers who in their turn supervise and coordinate accounting, administration, tax and payroll of all subsidiaries of the group • resolved all legal, tax and financial issues linked to the opening of the international subsidiaries • coordinate the application processes for R&D government subsidies • manage the group cash-flow • supervise yearly audit and consolidation for group accounts according IFRS • led the debt refinancing negotiations with the bank pool
