Working as managerial/senior position in IT organization since 2010, the key role is to manage key Applications/projects implementation and support.

• Consults with respect to the functionality /practices of the Oracle HRMS application.• Fits the Business need to Oracle HRMS by studying the client organization, its business needs, its capabilities, its processes and other relevant factors to be taken into consideration for purposes of the project and/or its implementation• Defines the processes on Oracle HRMS along with the implementation team and obtains the agreement of the users on the same• Conducts correct estimation / scoping of the project consulting implementation activity where required. Quantifies effort estimate in man days.• To review and add value to documented deliverables

- Trained senior management team on Application functionality and best practices, conducting workshops and one-on-one coaching sessions that contributed to sound product decisions.- Responsible to finalize the Project Charter and Project Plan and to distribute the project status report to all team members- Responsible to lead Functional and Technical consultants for Business process mapping, module delivery, documentation, process flow design, follow-ups on the Sign-off, identifying the gaps emanating and suggesting appropriate solution(s).- Preparation of issue logs for tracking purposes and identifying the custom components (Reports, Alerts, Workflow, Interfaces), preparing the High Level Design Document for the development and deployment of the component- Identified resource requirements and narrows gaps based on the project requirements- Pursued and ensured productivity enhancements in the entire project and implementation- Conducted correct estimation / scoping of the project consulting / implementation activity where required. Quantifies effort estimate in man days.

- Responsible for all deliverables to the customer (Functional & Technical)- Contributed to Project Planning (including resource plan), Deliverables, Quality plan and approve the same- Monitored the project team performance and ensure that all team members are completing their assigned duties in accordance with the project plan- Weekly project review with the team and updated status to the customer- Ensured the project produces the required solution to the required technology infrastructures- Ensure that user needs and expectations are being met or managed properly
