Work with Windows XP and Windows Office packages organizing and creating document packages for customer enabling them to have detailed descriptions of equipment and where it is going within their network. Update and maintain the customers’ database in regards to adding in new equipment and updated port and assignment information within their database so that the customer can have clarity within their communications network. Worked with Granite/MIC database, Equipment Inventory Update(EIU) database, and TABdb.
