I started my career as a Trainee Associate(production) in green field and now I am a Junior Engineer position in the PPC department working as a part controller and logistics .In production I have good Experiences are given below.1. Morning meeting with team members.2. Ensure the worker's health status and safety before work starts.3. Taking care of the production line to to achieve the target 4.Defect analysis in production and give countermeasures and possible places to apply pokayoke .5. Application of KAIZEN in line to run the line efficiently.6.Power tools and torque wrench handling and calibration.7.Budget preparation and Management .8.Manpower management and assembly related training before joining to work( Freshers).9. Material procurement(Tools,jig,fixture) for assembly shop and payment follow-up(Invoice payment).10. Sub-materials procurement, Validation,movement following FIFO.10. Store management -Indirect part planning, procurement, Inwarding(GRN-SAP), payment process, material issuing to line and manage inventory.In PPC-PCL1. Ensure the firm order accoding to production range and place the order to supplier.2. Follow-up supplier for dispatching the parts according to given pickup date.3. For picking the part needed to ensure the transport and their window time.4.Ensuring the picked part of Inwarding (GRN).5.If any discrepancy available with a picked part at Warehouse needs to close within the standard time period.6. If any part is founded in quality related issue then I do the RTV process to the respected supplier.7. Keeping good relationship with supplier and solve their problems related to my company.8.Tracking the stock and coverage daily basis .
