Joined erstwhile Jayant Oil Mills in 1978 as a Typist-Clerk and gradually promoted to various positions like Jr.Liaison Officer, Asst.Manager, Manager, AGM and GM (Admn). The name of the company was changed from Jayant Oil Mills to Jayant Oils & Derivatives Limited and again as Biotor Industries Limited. As GM (Admn) I was over all in charge of Office Administration with Managers in charge of Excise, Customs, Dispatch, Purchase, HR, Safety, sales, EHS etc., reporting to me.
