• Prepare Plant Processwise Layout geting approval from Safety officer & Factory inspector.• Maintaining health of machines ,facilities through Total Productive Maintenance, monitoring Overall Equipment Efficiency as well as Human Efficiency.• Overall functioning of Plant –Daily shopfloor rounds, maintining data,process document ,route card,configutration verifications sheet signing by operator & supervisor.• Presenting the achieved billed sales figure & Plan v/s Actual values of dispatch to Divisional Management committee & take corrective & preventive action to achieve target values.• Qualification of operator/management team for Special Process through proper training programme & certification maintaining the key characteristics.• Ensuring identification & traceability of component from Raw material till final product, ensuring proper records availability.• Continual improvement through team involvement in reducing cycle time in machining process, fabrication process.• Ensure effective Corrective & preventive action is implemented for the nonconforming product, ensuring keeping the same in Quarantine area.• Involved in conducting Safety Committee meeting with workmen & resolving issues on priority, identification of HIRA
