1) Heading operational support for a strength of 4000+ employees across multiple verticals such as HR outsourcing services, Finance Services outsourcing, Healthcare Pharma, IT outsourcing. 2) To partner with the business and ensure all deliverables are met as per the prescribed OLAs.3) Mentoring and motivating the Team to handle a population of 4000 and growing workforce.4) Mandatory Labour compliance and Liaising closely with the Labour department5) Handling Business level escalations. 6) Employee grievance escalations and counselling.7) Ensuring proper hygiene of employee data, including MIS and employee personal files8) Ensuring all client audits are closed with zero non-compliance9) Keeping close watch on the business in terms of people handling and ensuring fair treatment to all employees.

1) Managing the HR team and a workforce of 270+ employees2) Overall co-ordination of manpower planning, recruitment, induction & ensuring cultural fit.3) Handling compensation & benefits negotiations.4) Responsible for Employee Relations. 5) Ensuring maintenance of sound employee-management relations in the organization, by encouraging workers to voice their opinions and inviting suggestions.6) Handling Performance Appraisal process & identifying scope for enhancing the same. 7) Counseling/ grievance handling of the employees to maintain a healthy work environment8) Overseeing the record keeping activities & generating various HR MIS reports

1) Follow evaluation methods set up by the clients for individual requirements. 2) Profiling prospective employees to companies on the basis of their present employment / expectations / skill level rating / projects worked on / soft skills etc.3) Bridging expectations between the individual goals of the candidates and the requirement of the company. This is subsequent to understanding expectations both of the candidates & the clients.4) Organize and coordinate interview schedules.5) Feedback and follow up actions on profiles / candidates processed6) Coordinating with internal HR employees of companies / clients to bring about a more effective administrative feedback mechanism.7) Active participation in the Organization’s management and planning.
