Been in Indian Army for 24 years in the Corps of Electrical & Mechanical Engineers, took voluntary retirement in 1993. A Graduate from Ministry of Defense, has also done Diploma in Mechanical/Automobile and Aeronautical (Aero Engines) Engg. During active service, I was mostly associated with army vehicles and also for a duration of six years I was part of Army Aviation (Helicopters) maintenance crew of the Corps. It is with immense proud I wish to mention that i was part of the active Division which took part in ‘OPS Cactus Lily’ (Bangladesh Liberation) – 1971 in western sector. During my service career I have also served tenures on instructional duties at 3 EME Centre Bhopal (AUTO SCHOOL) and at Military College of Electronics and Mechanical Engineering, Secundrabad. I was in Aviation Faculty and was heading Aero Engine Department. After premature retirement in 1993, 1 was associated with TATA Dealer for nine years, then had a assignment abroad (Kuwait) for two plus years. Since early 2005 I have been with M/S Trident Automobiles and designated as Snr GM Service overseeing the entire Service and Training operation of the group.Experienced Training Manager with sound knowledge of subjects related to Technical and Soft Skill of Automotive Service Industry. .Hands on knowledge in the entire gamut of all training related process and procedures.Expertise in Training Management , Curriculum development , Course Development , Training Need Analysis , Talent Acquisition, Recruitment , Campus hiring, Technical Training , Behavioral Training , Project management , Establishing Training Centre, Maintenance of Training Centre, KRA for team members , Training center improvement, new model training , customized training , ERP skillsExpertise in establishing Service Centres from beginning to operational level.
