Warehouse Operations Manager
Current• Process monitor:- Monitor operation like inward/packing/dispatch/return/RTV for process within agreed SLA’s and accuracy.• Process Implement:- Implement new process on floor and system for smooth operation.• Manpower planning and Utilization:- Plan manpower as per sales team target and utilize them through cross function training, organize R&R program for increase productivity and maintain motivation. • Space utilization:- Plan layout for stacking inventory (Fast moving material stock in front of outbound dock/timely liquidation of slow moving/nonmoving/damage/expired stock)• Physical and SLOC (SAP vs WMS) Reconciliation:- Conducting cycle count and SLOC reco activity.• Compliance certificates:- Checking required statuary compliance documents and there validity (Shop Act license/GST certificate/weighing scale certificate/water testing certificate from approved lab/Fire NOC.• Monitor consumables consumption and PO creation:- Keep tracking of labels/tapes/corrugated box/shrink wrap/poly bags/PPE material etc)• Assets repairing:- Get repaired damage assets on time to avoided operation delay• Pilferage control:- Routine cycle count of top 10 high value and slow moving articles. Ensure frisking should be tight at entry and in/out documentation should be as per process.• Budget/cost control:- Keep updates of manpower over time/electricity cost/tea/water etc.
