We are ready to serve "spot welding" welding consumables to our customers in the automotive sector both in Mexico and in the USA.My responsibilities are (under the supervision of the owners):- Generate the annual budget.- Generate annual sales forecast together with the commercial director.- Monitoring of the annual budget and making strategic decisions in case of deviations.- Design, execution, and monitoring of business strategy.- Search for human resources: Engineers, administrative, commercial, workshop managers and operators.- Monitoring of KPIs in the different departments: production, purchasing, administration, HR, quality, and sales.- Provide commercial service to US customers.- Ensure to maintain a perfect communication between DEM Barcelona (Spain) and DEM Welding (Mexico).In parallel and taking advantage of the synergy of the Director of Operations, I also provide support in the management of the sales team:My co-responsibilities are (Together with the Sales Director):- Control compliance with the established business strategy. With daily communication.- Review compliance with sales forecasts and redirect the client's strategy if there are deviations. (Looking for a solution together with the technical salesperson)- Controlling commercial expenses so they do not exceed the established budget.- Audit commercials with face-to-face visits to customers. Monthly.- Face serious problems directly with customers.- Ensure constant internal and external training.- Ensure honest and respectful communication between the members of the commercial team.- Ensure the constant motivation and passion for sales.
