I am currently pursuing a degree in Medical Office Administration the general option at Guilford Technical College. I am eager to finally continue doing what I love. I am very passionate about working with patients and being able to provide them with helpful resources. I will also enjoy putting the right people in place to provide the best possible service and experience for anyone I come in contact with. I am ultimately an outgoing happy person. While Volunteering at Our Place Adult Daycare since a teen, I learned how to better assist those that couldn’t help themselves and have patience doing so. The response I received from the families of those people is what motivated me to take my career serious. I learned communication skills, customer service and clerical skills. I also obtained the knowledge of Microsoft, keyboarding, and patient relation skills. I will be graduating in April 2024. I plan to pursue a career in Medical Office Administration in the Raleigh/Durham area. I am looking forward to meeting and working with new people also assisting new clients.
