Carrying out maintenance for SDH network in Ministry of Information Radio/TV stations around Kuwait.Install and Loop test E1’s and STM-1, STM-4 circuit requirements. Alarm Monitoring & Reporting (Surveillance), Circuit Provisioning (Configuration) and Fault Management (Trouble Shooting) of SDH.Giving Protection to all nodes, VC 4, VC3 and VC12 Layers.Finding root cause analysis of potential & traffic outage related problems.Re-routing /Re-provisioning of the transmission path in case of prolonged/repeated. Performance monitoring all ZTE SDH systems by NMS and verify performance of equipment's, links,synchronization of the entire SDH network.Maintenance of ZTE SDH Equipment and verifies service by testing circuits and alarms, troubleshooting, and correcting the issues. Maintains network by troubleshooting and repairing outages, testing network back-up procedures, and updating documentation. Activating remote access tools connect to the control room and coordinating with control room.Installation and testing of various telecommunication systems.Co-ordination with vendor for analyzing the equipment/Hardware failure.Router modem installation, configuration of LAN and WAN.

Operation & Maintenance of ministry of communication network.Carrying out attending of fiber optics cable network faults as per ministry instructions.Execution of the installation works of MM & SM fiber optics cable links as per ministry demands.Used OTDR to locate faults and measure distance of the cable and Fiber panel installation and troubleshooting.Testing FO cable and inspection of quality work and final inspection.Coordinating with team for fiber related activities through LASERSOURCE, POWERMETER &OTDR.Splicing and termination for various types of fiber cables, fiber patch panels and enclosures.Fiber optics monetarization for various types of Connectors. Testing of patch cord and pigtails.Routine maintenance, on call maintenance, preventive maintenance, identify faulty cables and replace it.

Installation of EPABX systems and LAN (wired and wireless). Network parameters configuration. Installation of Biometric access control systems & CCTV.Cabling, Testing and Termination of UTP and Co-axial Cables (CAT6, CCTV and telephone cables.) Testing and Repairing of Power adapters, Telephones etc. Providing technical support to other similar companies. Inspected, tested, recorded, and analyzed cables and equipment to assess transmission characteristics, locate faults or malfunctions, and ensure cable functionality.Daily/weekly paperwork.
