Carrying out maintenance for SDH network in Ministry of Information Radio/TV stations around Kuwait.Install and Loop test E1’s and STM-1, STM-4 circuit requirements. Alarm Monitoring & Reporting (Surveillance), Circuit Provisioning (Configuration) and Fault Management (Trouble Shooting) of SDH.Giving Protection to all nodes, VC 4, VC3 and VC12 Layers.Finding root cause analysis of potential & traffic outage related problems.Re-routing /Re-provisioning of the transmission path in case of prolonged/repeated. Performance monitoring all ZTE SDH systems by NMS and verify performance of equipment's, links,synchronization of the entire SDH network.Maintenance of ZTE SDH Equipment and verifies service by testing circuits and alarms, troubleshooting, and correcting the issues. Maintains network by troubleshooting and repairing outages, testing network back-up procedures, and updating documentation. Activating remote access tools connect to the control room and coordinating with control room.Installation and testing of various telecommunication systems.Co-ordination with vendor for analyzing the equipment/Hardware failure.Router modem installation, configuration of LAN and WAN.
