Technology Supplier Siemens VIA.Key Result Areas:● Actively involved in Re Commissioning of wire rod and bar rod Mill equipment’s & lubrication system.● Sound understanding of oil & grease lubrication system, hydraulic & pneumatic systems, rolling mill processes for long section products. ● Re Commissioning of all grease system and maintenance of all dual line grease distributor.● Procurement of spares and planning material management.● Inspection of all gear box & its lubrication system and setting the required pressure as per the drawings● Coil compactor machine and bar rod tying machine commissioning provided by Sund Brista.● Crane erection & commissioning provided by Demag.● Sound Knowledge in the working and maintenance of furnace, rolling stands, Vertical and Horizontal loopers, pinch rolls, quenching boxes, laying head, cooling bed, conveyors and chain transferor units, binding and tying units. ● Supervising the maintenance of proper working conditions, housekeeping, discipline and safety at workstation.● Responsible for shift breakdown & preventive maintenance during shifts independently in many circumstances.● Preparing and maintaining proper documents for the ISO certification.● Undertaken quality circle projects and Kaizen.● Prepare drawings for the fabrication and modification work on equipment’s for improving efficiency. ● Planned and effected preventive and predictive maintenance schedules of various equipment’s to increase the machine up time and equipment reliability.● Management for preventive, predictive and breakdown spares/equipment’s of the plant.● Carried out process of condition monitoring of equipment’s which includes oil analysis, vibration analysis, health analysis and temperature monitoring.● Analyze daily report and make a summary also equipment wise breakdown and downtime history
