As a Senior Quality Engineer, Responsible for managing a team of quality professionals to ensure the overall quality of construction work and site quality issues. Primary duties will include coordinating with clients to ensure that work meets the client's requirements and that the quality of construction meets project specifications by implementing a formal surveillance plan and process covering QA/QC and Flawless Project Delivery (FPD) processes throughout the construction stages. Additionally, Review inspection findings, oversee corrective action implementation, and initiate and maintain tracking registers. It will also be responsible for managing the subcontractor's QA/QC program to ensure it meets the owner's contract requirements.
