● Manage the daily operations of the LPG recovery plant. Directs the shift Operation team to meet business needs by working in a safe and environmentally correct manner. ● Optimum utilization of available packed trucks for distribution of loads.● Maintains, reviews, and records a variety of reports, including daily activity reports, work orders, work requests, plant safety reports and other reports and records as required. ● Reviews vendor/contractor invoices and proposals and recommends payment upon receipt of material/completion of work.● Inventory Management & Reconciliation (LPG Cylinders, Valves, Regulators & other consumables). Maintain proper documentation and records of stock as specified by management.● Daily monitoring of Stock Loss of Bulk LPG.● Undertakes trouble shooting to resolve plant and equipment issues and provide technical support to the onsite personnel.● Initiate requisition for materials and equipment’s, authorize purchases from local vendors, maintain adequate inventory of parts, equipment and supplies used in repairing and servicing vehicles.● To ensure that firefighting equipment is maintained in peak readiness and proper training is imparted to staff in proper usage.● Upkeep & periodic maintenance of Safety Equipment’s consisting of Safety Relief valves, Remote Operated valves, ESD valves, High Level Alarms of Pressure Vessels, PPEs, Sprinklers, Fire Extinguishers, Hydrant points & Monitors and Deluge Valves.● Fulfilling of statutory requirements of plant, Handling Emergency situations in the plant & outside the plant, conducting trainings to company workers, contract labors, and plant security staff frequently.● Provides coaching and mentoring to ensure subordinates are trained to meet all operational requirements. ● Ensures operational and maintenance activities are conducted in accordance with Operational and local Procedures. ● Promotes and ensures compliance with Permit to Work and HSE Regulations and Procedures.

● Inspect sites regularly to identify problems and necessary maintenance.● Ensures that my co-workers have best physical resources available to complete their duties according to the allotted budget.● Responsible for Planning, scheduling and controlling all Maintenance related activities.● Assign daily work activities for a team of maintenance personnel and schedule assignments based priorities and work conditions.● Developed a work schedule for maintenance staff and supervised daily activities performed by following standard operating procedures.● Ensures that Planned Preventative Maintenance tasks are carried out in accordance with the schedule, frequency and task lists and provides reports on any works required thereafter.● Manage relationships with contractors and service providers.● Trainer & Authorized PTW (permit to work) Issuer/Receiver.● Monitor equipment inventory and place order wherever necessary.● Convert the work request notification to work order and preparation of the package including the Spare parts, Manpower etc.● Regularly check and inspect the materials and tools inventory and place order when needed.● Ensure compliance with quality, health and safety rules, guidelines and regulations.● Conduct safety inspections as scheduled and complete accurately as required.

● Identified and resolved equipment malfunctions, working with manufacturers or field representatives as necessary to procure replacement parts.● Hands on experience in troubleshooting, servicing of rotating equipment’s such as pumps, Compressors, Gearboxes refurbishment, Blowers and Centrifugal fans, Belt Conveyors, Cranes, Hydraulic and Pneumatic Equipment’s.● Signing daily checklists for the departments ensuring proper track on the plant equipment’s thereby ensuring minimum breakdown time.● Maintain manufacturing assets and facility, part inventory, monitoring purchase orders, invoice approvals and manages department budget.● Completed repairs, preventative maintenance, and installations in a timely manner.● Provided daily reports and scheduled PM's and outstanding repairs.● Monitors the availability of consumable materials or equipment necessary for the tasks assigned to the employees.● Develops and maintain relationships with the outside vendors, suppliers and contractors to ensureContinuity of resources to effectively meet maintenance performance standards.● Primary function to complete all service calls, maintenance programs assigned to my region.● Coordinates with other management staff to ensure efficiency in preventive maintenance and new equipment installation.● Participate in the development of work process improvement objectives and area improvement team goals.● Use SAP function to look up for parts, completion of work orders and manage workflow.● Gathers necessary engineering or technical documents, specifications and drawings.● Train employees concerning plant and job hazards and methods in order to protect themselves.
