As a training manager the role involved developing and delivering comprehensive onboarding programs that enable new hires to quickly become productive, knowledgeable and engaged members of the team. I played a crucial role in ensuring that employees have a positive and productive start to their employment journey. This played a vital part in shaping the new employee’s first impressions and experiences within an organization. My goal was to help create and implement effective onboarding programs and providing ongoing support, this I believe leads to job satisfaction which relates to employee retention and overall organizational success.Participated in corporate outreach programs which were designed to foster positive relationship with the community and promote corporate social responsibility.
