Lead and drive WMS implementation projects from planning, execution to completion. Responsible to collect clients requirements and implement the system functionality based on the requirements agreed. Participate with the team in developing business blue prints and workshops in order to develop the system based on agreed requirements. Key member of the project management team to validate business blue print documents in order to approve for realization and initiating the system development process. Responsible for preparing the testing scripts based on approved business blue print document. Responsible for FAT/SAT/UAT ongoing development testing based on testing scripts by using all the comprehensive scenarios including negative and positive testing. Making sure of all the process have been tested and reported to the project management team. Responsible for documenting the training manual of WMS process in written document and audio formats. Responsible for providing practical and hands-on training to all the end user’s 1500 Plus user in bilingual. Lead the Go live WMS system and provide the pre and post go live support. Responsible for arranging /executing basic MFS support. Supervise the visualization team and reporting the real time cases to RM (Residential maintenance) team. Responsible for raised/monitoring the WMS/ MFS/MHE issue ticket to system partner and update on weekly basis. Responsible for drafting the change requirement documents & Communicating to the development team. Generating the high-level system reports,KPI & Presentation’s for top management. Ensure processes are properly documented, stored and shared to business unit through the creation of SOPs. Analyzing operational gaps in relationship with system process and transactions.Designing the required operational reports to ensure smooth operations with simple access to operational data.

Responsible for handling & overseeing the overall Warehouse Operations i.e. Inbound, Outbound, Inventory Control & Quality Control. Responsible for handling all SAP MM and SD transactions which are pertaining to daily warehouse Operations. Responsible for cross checking the Inbound Shipment which are being received by Stocks executives and GRN in SAP Inventory management system. Making sure that Picking Rules FIFO AND LIFO (LIFO only for some key customers who has a clear Agreement with company to supply only 60% Shelf life of the products) is being followed by Pickers. Responsible for arranging Delivery Schedules and Make sure all Schedule Deliveries picking tickets are being fully picked on time for the deliveries. Responsible for arranging the company fleets on first level if not sufficient then should be go for Hired trucks for the deliveries to customers. Responsible for arranging an appointment for the key account’s customers. Responsible for manually snap shot the near expiry stocks and send the reports to all business concerned and follow Up with Brand team till the near expiry stocks is being liquidated. Responsible for arranging cycle count on daily Base Responsible for managing damages by repacking’s and destructed the damages from system & physically as per the SOP Responsible to Eliminate the expired stocks from warehouse as per the SOP Responsible to check and updating the proof of deliveries (POD). Responsible for checking the returns which are coming from customers and finding out the exact reasons to avoid in upcoming deliveries.
