(sugar produce, sold, lifted & unlifted status) Update receivables report (excel based) on daily basis. Prepare sales contract of all customers/brokers in SAP as per rates negotiated. Prepare delivery orders, commercial /sales tax invoices in oracle based sales system & SAP Prepare payment vouchers of different investments, bank transfers, employees final settlements etc. Prepare receipt vouchers of payments received or investment sold etc. To record monthly entries of insurance, markup/interest expense in SAP To record all transactions of investments i.e. sale, purchase, dividend etc in oracle based investment system. Upload shares/mutual fund rates in system on daily basis for senior management review. Monthly preparation of sugar stock report for management purpose & for submission to PSMA. Yearly preparation of Horizontal/Vertical & Dupont analysis for annual accounts. Resolve different queries as & when any notice received from TDAP, FBR, NAB etc in coordination with PSMA.
