Managed all Facilities services & Maintenance Operation of 40 plus Retail Outlets, 4Entertainment Zones (Indoor and Outdoor) and 1 Centralized Kitchen Manage the HVAC & MEP services including kitchen equipment like walk-in chillers & freezersand electrical systems. Communicate overall condition of Maintenance, Housekeeping, Transportation and Stores toCEO on periodic basis. Ensure regulatory compliance to facility regulations and safety standards. Develop specifications and requirements for service contracts and administers such contractsto support building needs. Distribute preventive maintenance and repair work orders and monitor timeliness and qualityof completion. Develop a long term plan for preventative maintenance and asset protectionand oversee execution of plan. Build positive relationships with external customers such ascity building/zoning department, fire prevention bureau and vendors. Maintain all life safety systems (firefighting equipment, sprinkler systems and alarm systems). Ensure fire crew has complete understanding of all procedures, equipment and alarms. Perform monthly property inspection to ensure buildings and grounds are maintained inexcellent condition. Recommend or arrange for additional services such as painting, repairwork, renovations, and the replacement of furnishing and equipment. Ensure all works are carried out safely, healthy and in timely manner. Ensure high standard of personal hygiene, appearance and general cleanliness as percompany regulations. Maintain the Standards as per ISO certification and coordinate with HSE. Health, Safety, Environment & Quality. Ensure buildings and equipment’s licenses and certifications are current and updated with UDC and other real estate companies. Ensure regular housekeeping activities and thereby upkeep the cleanliness of the facility. Coordinating the transportation schedules and thereby planning an effective cost orientedplan.

Communicate overall condition of engineering systems to General Manager on regular basis. Co-ordinate with Housekeeping priorities maintenance activities for 336 guest rooms, 8 banquets and public areas. Assist engineering staff to process guest requests promptly and accurately. Installation and maintenance of the architectural, mechanical and electrical systems. Perform routine maintenance to determine damages, repairs and replacements. Support in developing preventive maintenance and energy conservation programs. Plan, coordinate and execute renovation projects. Oversee the general maintenance of all Fire safety systems throughout the Hotel. Assist in employee recruiting, training, performance evaluation, and promotion andtermination activities. Ensure that building structures and all MEP systems are in good and safe conditions. Ensure that engineering team uses equipment safely and efficiently to avoid accidents. Mange all expenses within the allotted budget. Recommend cost-effective solutions to maintain building structures and related systems. Ensure that work area is maintained clean, safe and organized. Educate team on safety regulations, engineering policies and purchasing procedures andcompany standards. Daily morning conduct Briefing to staffs, Prioritize, plan and assign daily work duties to engineering staffs. Order and stock the maintenance supplies to avoid any shortages.

Communicate overall condition of engineering systems to Project Manager on regular basis.Responsible for engineering and maintenance operations of a road project with tunnels. Responsible for the maintenance of Mechanical and Landscaping assets. Monitor preventative maintenance. Responsible to all building related safety concerns. Executing maintenance programs with daily, weekly and monthly checklists. Coordination with Client and executing the corrective maintenance as necessary.
