Effective & Proactive communication.Identify control weakness, provide solutions, and ensure follow up.Forecasting, target setting &evaluation.Monthly Receivables plan.Reduction of DSO, Overdues, Provision.Ensure sales and billing is in compliance to the credit policy.Credit vetting for existing and new business.Process, monitor LC documentation & Bank Garuntees.Conduct Debtors meetings with Sales Managers & sales executives to analyze overdue accounts & mark action plans.Monitor Bank reconciliation, Receipt entries, Credit notes, Settlement discounts and negotiation.Credit evaluation for existing & new accounts.Monitor Cash collections & depositsManage delinquent accounts and liaise with external recovery agents on bad debts.Monitor Collections & Over trade reports for MEAI region (UAE, Saudi, Qatar, Egypt & India)Ensure regional offices follow proper Credit policies & procedures.

Responsible for receivables of all Major Accounts, Wholesalers & Critical Accounts. Provide a competent, courteous, efficient & proactive after sales customer service to ensure delight to the customers. Ensure that customers strictly adhere to the credit terms prescribed.Identify problems, recommend remedies & ensure timely follow up to resolve the problems & issues thus ensuring premium after sales customer service. Authenticate & control Credit Notes issuance so that the revenue does not get adversely affected. Effectively utilize ‘Early Warning Systems’ to restrict our exposure to Doubtful & Bad Debts. Provide periodic reports & lists as prescribed to ensure all problem areas are highlighted and there is a smooth workflow. Ensure reports are authentic and 100% error free to ensure strict vigilance and remedy. Maintain good and friendly business relations with customers (internal & external) to showcase & enhance Company goodwill.
