CICB Chemicon Private Limited.Manufacturer of Shell and Tube Heat Exchangers, Pressure Vessels, Columns , Tanks Etc., ASME U Stamp, ISO 9001:2008, IBR & EIL approved workshop.Current Roles & Responsibilities To perform the Mechanical Design & Strength adequacy Calculation for the Pressure Vessels & Columns as per ASME Section VIII Division 1. To perform & check out the optimum Mechanical Design of Shell and Tube Heat exchanger as per ASME Section VIII Division 1 and TEMA. To carry out Finite Element Analysis of Nozzles as per ASME Section VIII Division 2. Software Validations & Preparation, Checking & Issuing of Technical Delivery Conditions ( TDC ). Checking GA & Fabrication Drawings, Vendor Drawings & Documents Review.  Control of vendors engineering schedules and managing the engineering deliverables on or before the scheduled time. Interaction with clients / vendors to solve technical issues and interfaces. Technical support to Procurement, Projects & Marketing Department by issuing TDC, Fabrication support, BOM for proposals and assistance for preparation of Technical Bid Documents.
