To start with me, as an experienced Operations professional, I am currently responsible for a pivotal role at TUV SUD Middle East LLC, in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In the role as an Operations Coordinator at TUV SUD in Dubai and Riyadh, I have been entrusted with managing recruitment, office administration, and accounts-related tasks, providing me with valuable opportunities to sharpen my management and organizational skills. My journey began in 2011 when I created a Facebook profile named 'Kottayam Ktm' during my business administration studies, which served as a platform to share news and updates about my hometown, Kottayam, a charming city situated in the heart of Kerala, India. As the platform evolved into a platform for social activism and charity work, I joined multiple NGOs focused on educational support for underprivileged children.After my graduation, I joined the online department of Malayala Manorama, the largest circulating daily newspaper in Kerala, as a Content Manager. I managed content for their online portal and social media accounts, which honed my skills in digital marketing and content creation.I then went on to start my own business, Kumarakam Paper Mart, which focused on wholesale, retail, and distribution of school and office stationery. From there, I joined Aarogyamantra Integrated Healing Pvt Ltd as an Assistant Manager and was later promoted to Operations Manager. When the world was forced to adapt to a new normal during the pandemic, I seized the opportunity and became part of M/s The Evolvers Project, a start-up dedicated to transforming the way we approach career development. From the initial stages of business ideation in May 2020, I was a crucial part of the team, lending my expertise and insights. By the time the company came into existence in September 2020, I had taken on the role of Chief Operations Officer. In this capacity, I spearheaded the Employability Services wing of TEP, overseeing all operational aspects with meticulous attention to detail.Alongside my managerial skills, I possess strong communication skills, and I am skilled in graphic designing and video editing software and tools. I thrive in a multicultural, multilingual team environment and continuously seek new challenges and opportunities to make a positive impact in any organization.I am passionate about giving back to society and believe in making a positive impact.
