Entering and Uploading daily Cash Flow entries in ERP.Reconciling daily Cash and Credit Sales.Updating monthly sales report in ERP.Coordinating with the store if any cash or credit sales issue. Maintaining monthly cash differences for particular cashier for respected stores.Coordinating and Leading the Team for Speeding up the Work.Preparing and Issuing Cheques and Purchase Orders.Collecting and Reconciling the Gift Vouchers received from the Customers and sending it to Dammam Head Office for the further action.Coordinating closely with the Managers.Assisting with the Internal Auditors.Any Other work Instructed by Manager.

Preparation and updating of gate pass for Visitors, Labours and Office Staff.Responding to Emails, Telephone Calls & Face to Face Enquiries.Preparation of ESI for Labour and Staff.Updating labour attendance records and Wage recordsApplying and renewing the entry passes for labour/staff/visitors daily.Processing the applications for returnable and non-returnable materials.Any other works instructed from office for speeding up the processing of applicationsMonitoring the attendance records/leave records various sites and office with co-ordination with the staff.Receiving and monitoring invoices.
