 Solving problems of whole north region related to IT level 1 remotely by using the internal software. Troubleshoot user’s networks, equipment, software and services over the phone and with remote control technology. Provide follow-up calls to ensure satisfactory issue resolution. Generate reports which contains submissions and outcomes of issues catered remotely on daily basis.  Issues which cannot be solved remotely escalated to concerned teams. Hardware and Software configuration IT support to the Mobilink employees. Manage, resolve and resolving issues logged in “IT Helpdesk HP Service Manager” application. Make reports on weekly basis for the faulty IT assets of location. Provides technical assistance and consultation to other members of organization (vendors). Escalate complaints to second Level Support Teams like System Admin and Network Admin. Install and configure desktop/laptop hardware, operating systems and applications. Update, closes and documents all incidents in “HP Service Manger”. Coordination with different vendor’s over telephone, meetings and emails regarding the hardware issues faced by the users. Troubleshoot system and network problems and solve hardware/software faults. Visits the user location to provide the technical support. Set up new user accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues. Prioritize and manage many open cases at one time, rapidly establishing a good working relationship with customers and other professionals.
