Troubleshooting MPLS and VPN link connectivity . Configuring Cisco, juniper, firepro ,ZyXEL ,AirSpan, Maipu switches and router. Monitoring Link using MRTG,PRTG and WHATSUP-GOLD. Coordinating with Service providers (Reliance,Tata) for troubleshooting. Coordinating with RF & Fiber support and Backbone Team for troubleshooting. Maintaining and adding links on Orion Solar wind . Performing weekly failover activity and generating log reports. Handling Carrier escalation matrix.  Analyzing and submitting downtime reports to managed customers.

►With the commencement of Hamad International Airport, Doha Qatar. I appositely applied switching technology on Cisco IE 3000 x 250 switches.► Configuration involved assigning proper VLAN's for each switch and each ports with multicast and access lists►Creating of trunk ports on SFP interface. ►Configuring and testing of Fixed, PTZ and Thermal Camera's with Radars and Access Control System for runway and Boarding Gate security respectively.► The handover process involved Single line drawings stating switch location and Management IP details.
