Pilot Launch: Launched a financial literacy programme in Rwanda, conjunction with Project Umubano, an international development initiative founded by David Cameron. Successfully ran project for 3 years, training 200+ entrepreneurs and finding start-up capital for three ‘Dragons Den’ winners.

Distributing Cash and Synthetic Life Settlement products into the Middle East and Northern Europe- Distribution: Led distribution of longevity-linked products in the MENA region; engaged top-tier accounts and developed strategy to build-out the Coventry franchise in the region- Product optimization: Assisted in developing a deliverable product suite to generate interest from the global investor base, including cash policies, structured notes (cash/synthetic), synthetic swaps and managed funds- Deal organization and client management: Spearheaded the development of a centralized global syndicate function to streamline deal processes; responsible for syndicate management and deals brought to the market- Created marketing materials for new products – detailing key structural highlights and selling points
