Customer Success: - Lead and manage the customer success team, including hiring, training, and setting monthly/annual targets.- Develop and implement customer support SLAs, working closely with the tech/product teams to ensure ticket closure.- Monitor and analyze customer success metrics to continuously improve the team's performance and overall customer satisfaction.Partnerships: - Identify and source partnership opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbounds, utilizing channels such as email and LinkedIn.- Maintain strong relationships with existing partners (100+) and explore new strategies for expanding these partnerships.- Drive app integration and co-marketing activities with other apps in the Shopify ecosystem.- Create and manage relevant partner resources such as guides/FAQs, demos and training to educate and guide partners on how to use our platformTools: Intercom l Slack l Metabase l Kiflo l PartnerStack l Notion l Missive
