YatraChef conceptualized the idea of online food delivery service during train journeys in India. We served passengers across the country with our network of partner restaurants and delivery kitchens. As a co founder and process head i managed the entire vendor operations, customer & vendor relations and day to day operations of the organization.

The Park Royal College situated in London was under the ownership of AIMA Group and throughout the ownership tenure the complete back end process of the college was carried out at AIMA office located in Cochin. As a process manager at AIMA, I was in charge of the entire process comprising of 32 team members including two team leaders. Roles and Responsibilities Trained, Directed and Lead a team of 2 Team leaders, 8 Placement officers and 22 support staffs. Managed all aspect of day to day call center operations. Ensured the team is achieving their key performance indicators Verified reports and passed them across to top management on weekly and monthly basis. Helped staffing and organizing shift patterns to meet demand. Mentor staffs who require support.

Wipro BPO is India's leading third party offshore Business Process Outsourcing provider with a full spectrum of BPO services. The company is headquartered in New Delhi, with nine state-of-the-art facilities in Mumbai, Pune, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Bangalore and Greater Noida and global offices in the Americas, Europe and Asia Pacific. I was stationed at Wipro Chennai for a student placement support process of reputed educational institution located in United Kingdom.Roles and Responsibilities Review student resume and advise them for corrections and areas of improvements in the resume.  Liase with various job providers in the UK and check for suitable positions for the students. Schedule interviews for the students and follow up on interview feedbacks. Follow up on further documentation procedures for selected students. Ensure the student works only for the legally permitted hours stamped in their student visa. Check the student’s welfare at the workplace on a fortnight basis.
