Main duties include reactively responding to client requets through the connectwise ticketing system and resolving issues either on site or remote via logmein. Also, documenting issues and trends that we may see arise. Duties also include complete maintenance of client IT infrastructure, servers, workstations, thin clients, and networking equipment; as well consult on upgrades and recommendations for hardware. Proactive maintenance in terms of patching, AV check, testing of backups, and weekly review of logs is also a part of the role.Duties taken on:-Weekly City of Centennial Council hall meeting tech:Making sure all the council members microphones are in working order as well as their voting systems.Making sure the council meeting live stream on the City's website is functioning properly and not delayed. Main duties include handling any remote overflow work and urgent requests from varying consulting teams. On site work when needed, examples being office move's or mass desktop deployments. Most work involved remote Adware/spyware/infection cleanup, Active Directory work, (password resets and user management), and Microsoft business suite support.
