• Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via email and Outbound calls.• Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working toestablish a positive rapport with every client.• Update our internal databases (ticketing tool/docs) with information about technicalissues and useful discussions with customers.• Work with the management team and development team to stay updated on productknowledge. Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members.• Assist in training interns and junior Customer Success Associates.• Coordinating with internal teams and clients for the flawless execution of projects.Ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, by planning and delegating tasks tointernal team members.• Developing project scopes and objectives by involving all relevant stakeholders andensuring technical feasibility. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.Provide strong reporting and analytical information support to the clients andmanagement team.• Generate and distribute both periodic and ad hoc client reports and management reportsin an accurate and timely manner.• Participate in cross-functional meetings to resolve recurring customer issues.
