Monitoring inventory levels, Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining effective commercial relationships with allocated customers. Resolving logistics issues, address customer inquiries, and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth coordination and timely order fulfillment.Contract Negotiation and Resolution: Negotiating contracts and service agreements with logistics service providers to achieve cost savings and service level targets. I also manage the resolution of customer issues, claims, and disputes, minimizing costs and risks to the company.Administrative Support and Policy Development: Coordinating administrative support to maintain registers of Confidentiality Agreements and Contracts & Agreements. I devise purchasing instructions and policies, ensuring proper procedures are followed by both the company and vendors.Commercial Input and Reporting: Providing commercial and contractual input on quotations and proposal documents.
