• Supervise PPM Planner to ensure adherence to contract requirements and optimize system reliability and efficiency.• Monitor & analyze facility systems and operations to identify areas for improvement.• Conduct regular site inspections for conditional assessment of assets.• Carryout daily site inspections to ensure quality works and adherence to the set standards and provide expert advice to the team.• Resource planning of manpower, material-replacement spares & subcontracted specialized services for the contracts assigned.• Efficiently execute corrective and reactive maintenance to achieve agreed service level agreements (SLA), KPI’s.• Handle escalations, emergencies and resolve all customer complaints, prepare technical reports.• Ensure all CRM work orders are tracked based on priority, updated, and closed on daily basis.• Implement HSE policy, safe operating procedures & timely close out of HSE action taken reports, NCR’s.• Liaise with client, managers & other stake holders at regular intervals to maintain good working relations.

Managing team for Installation & Maintenance of Fire Alarm & Fire Fighting Systems following ADCD Standards. Responsible for new work orders, constant maintenance and emergency maintenance for our client Abu Dhabi Police Projects & Engineering Department in the following regions of Abu Dhabi, Alain & Al Dhafra.• Conducting Site Survey.• Installation of Fire Alarm & Fire Fighting Systems as per clients BOQ.• Modifying the drawings as per new installation.• Site Handovers with client following the successful testing & commissioning of systems.• Planning and scheduling of teams for quarterly constant maintenance of multiple sites.• Preparing material requests as per site requirements.• Attending emergency maintenance requests required for multiple sites.• Preparation of final bill.
