Ghayathi Hospital Community Project and Central Market Project :Scope of Work: MEP.Responsibilities: •Review of consultants’ designs and specifications to determine the required sizes, types, capacities, and power of electrical installations and work to be used.•Study the specification for project, prepare the required Material List and revise the Material Submittal for Approval.•Monitor the electrical work carried out as per the approved shop drawing and the progress as per the approved construction program for accurate and timely installations. •Monitor and control expenditures to ensure that the project budget is not exceeded.•Control amounts of electrical materials used during the execution of the project so as to not exceed reasonable bounds and as detailed in company`s policies and procedures.•Preparation of method statement related to electrical works as and when there is a requirement from the consultant.•Arrange material and manpower in time as per the construction program, material flow sheet and manpower histogram.•Report on the progress of the electrical work as directed by the project manager.•Coordinate all the electrical engineering and planning activities throughout the project`s lifetime.•Liaise with the client and/or main contractor`s coordination engineer. •Complete responsibility to decide on day-to-day work that needs to be carried out by subordinates including: scheduling of activities; assigning tasks to individuals; accuracy of work conducted; supplying resources; and dealing with operational issues and problems.•Inspection of all material and works carried out ensuring operational status as per consultant`s requirements and specifications.•Initiate Request for information in case of technical queries.•General responsibilities to implement changes required to correct problems, meet changes in quantities or specifications and to avoid liability as directed by the project manager
