At Indore, managed a land bank of 2500 acres for airport use and ensured integration with the City Master plan – first time in India. Negotiated free of cost, 137 acres of land from MP government for airport expansion. Demonstrated leadership quality during crisis management while encountering air accident, fire, communal turmoil, seizure of airport terminal and restored normalcy in airport operations. Successfully managed multiple functional crises including delayed Haj flights, runway closure, withdrawal of radar and others.
